Mostaque Ahmed, after many years apprenticeship in some of London s best curry houses, opened Raj Bari in 1991, a contemporary Indian restaurant in the heart of Hotwells, aiming to provide customers with a distinct and classy dining experience - believing that as well as the taste of food the environment you dine in is also important.
