Part of a small, family-owned chain that, according to one Venue reviewer, ˜explores the rich and diverse possibilities of Indian cuisine that lie beyond the vindaloo/madras/korma spectrum of your average Indian eatery . Indeed, having sampled over 20 dishes from the main menu (but not all on the same night), he declared ˜each dish, in its own way, is perfect . Friendly, very reasonably priced and boasting a sturdy selection of dishes, Krishna s Inn offers a really fresh take on the flavours of Indian subcontinent cuisine, which our charming man describes as ˜Keralan, extended to include dishes the proprietors think will fit. On the evidence of my visits, I d say their judgement is impeccable. In fact, it was all really good - a smashing place. Excellent vegetarian and vegan range. Menu S: cashew nut pakora; egg hoppers. M: ghee roast masala dosa; appam & stew; mangalore fish curry; meen pollichadhu. Plentiful selection of sides/rice/breads.
